Mr. Spaulding is the Chief Executive Officer of smsPolitical.com; an Orlando Florida based full-service mobile solutions company with a database exceeding 84 million potential US voters. He oversees new and existing cellular data feeds, all matters of text message deployment, and strategic client discussions in the mobile space.

He is also one of the founding members MatchnCollect a permissible, free-to-end user, cellular data application offered through Telematch Inc., allowing clients to lawfully obtain the cell phone numbers for collections purposes, while providing notification under text or voice.

Mr.Spaulding has been an investor/marketer since 1998 with a number of data acquisition, digital asset management , online lead generation projects, and a decade of senior level positions in startups under his belt. He has also overseen the processes of non-marketing based cellular applications including data validation, recipient consent directory assistance, and identity validation.

Mr. Spaulding is father, husband, music lover, surfer, and still competes on the US Masters National Alpine Ski Racing circuit.

Mr. Keranen served as the President / Chief Operations Officer and was instrumental in the sale of Health Inventions to public company Medifast in September 2003. The dramatic growth of the Medifast story is due in part to the millions of dollars in sales and thousands of customers that Mr. Keranen and his associates created through their sales organization efforts. Nearly 82% of the increase in growth since October 2001 is generated from the system and sales leader created by Mr. Keranen.

Mr. Keranen served as Chief Operations Officer with Idebit Asia, a global Internet payment company. The Company specialized in creating software solutions for direct sales and large corporate organization to track and pay their distributors and representatives around the world. Living abroad for over a year Mr. Keranen traveled Asia demonstrating the systems and consulting organizations in building, growing and maintaining their network organizations.

Mr. Keranen serves as the CEO of DatalinkMedia a data management company focused on internet data acquisition and monetization for their clients. Mr Keranen has established and operated the company to become a leading provider of data management helping clients acquire and retain new customers.

Mason CIO

Mark Mason has served 22 years in the I.T. Industry specializing in event-driven processing, system rewrites and web applications. Mr. Mason has worked with a number of name brand clients including ITT, Porsche, Disney, Scholastic, HP Hood, Service Master, Argus.

Mr. Mason’s experience covers many industry verticals including Government, Banking, Insurance, and Transportation & Distribution. Mr. Mason has also served the IT industry since 1997 as a Mentor and Online Community medium for Niche 4GL Software.

Mr. Mason has a number of areas of IT expertise primarily specializing in IBM iSeries platforms. Mr. Mason has served as the President of Builder Solutions Inc for 7 years.

With a strong background in business Mr. Mason is able to balance a great family life. Mr. Mason has been happily married 20 years with 3 wonderful children.
